DESCRIPTION:NWCX Round 10 – Hope Park in the Past  (Flintshire)  Parc y Gorfennol (Sir y Flint)\nRound 10 of the 2018/19 North Wales Cyclocross League:  Park in the Past\,   Fagl lane\, Hope\,  LL12 9HB \n\n(sponsored by The Bike Factory\, Chester)\n\n\n\nSunday 13th January 2018\n\nWrexham Roads Club invites NWCX competitors to race at Hope Park in the Past  heritage park.    Set in an ancient Welsh landscape\, the park comprises 120 acres of outstanding natural beauty offering woodlands and wetlands\, a magnificent 35-acre lake and the gorgeous River Alyn\, as well as footpaths and spacious fields.\n\nImportant: Parking is at Fagl Lane entrance.  Drive with care. The ground\, initially tarmac and later gravel base\, is sufficient for competitor parking.\n\nSign on will take place in the Park classrooms.\n\nRefreshments (tea\, coffee\, cold drinks and breakfast baps) will be available  from 1030am. TBC\n\nMale and Female WCs are located in the park complex.  Please treat responsibly\n\nTimings:\n\n10 -10:45 Race 1&2 number pick up and fun race registration.\n11:00 - Kids fun race\n11:20 Race 1: U12/U10/U8 Entry Fee (£2 online or £5 on the day)\n11:50 Race 2: U16/U14/ Adult novice/fun (£4 online or £7 on the day)\n12:30 - 13:00 Race 3 number pick up (£4 online or £7 on the day)\n13:15 Race 3: Juniors & Adults (Nifty online entries only\, no payment on day)\n14:30 - all hands to the deck to help take the course down please\n\nNO riding on the course whilst other classes are racing\nRace 1 & 2 can pre-ride 10-10:30\nRace 3 can pre-ride 12:30 - 13:00\n\n(Vets will be classified V40\,V50\, V60+ subject to participant numbers\, Male & Female)\nNewcomers regardless of age\, gender or ability are welcome. As usual you can race on a cyclo X bike or MTB.\n\nChildren: come and try our fun race.
